December Pack Meeting Rescheduled

December 11, 2009 by Robert Frost Pack 225

The Pack 225 Christmas Party pack meeting has been rescheduled for Thursday, Dec. 17th. It will start at 6:30pm in the Robert Frost Multipurpose Room.

We know some people won’t be able to make it on this new date, hard to avoid conflicts this time of year, but this is a fun meeting and we want to give as many scouts as possible the opportunity to participate.

When you arrive the scouts will have an opportunity to make a Christmas ornament. It will be quick, easy and supervised, but does involve glass bulbs and glue – so please help your son complete the project! We do have some extra supplies so siblings will probably be able to make one too.

Pizza is next on the agenda. This is a ”Thank You” to the boys for their hardwork selling popcorn this fall.

After den updates, we’ll have a special visit from Santa who will hand out gifts to each scout. Sam Nash, a long time scouting parent and leader, will explain the gifts to the boys. tell them what they can do with them and hopefully get them excited for the Pinewood derby next spring.

The meeting will conclude with Christmas cookies for everyone. Hope to see you on Thursday the 17th.
