With the 2010 Pinewood Derby only days away, the March meeting for Pack 225 focused on racing.
Race cars, trophies and ribbons from previous years were on display when the cub scouts first arrived. After den updates, the real fun began… cardboard car races!

One boy from each den was chosen at random to race. Two preliminary heats were run with the winners moving on to the championship race – three laps around the multipurpose room.
Special thanks for Sam Nash for creating the race cars and leading the races. Don’t forget, the Pinewood Derby is Saturday, March 27th in the Achieve Center cafeteria. Cars will be weighed in during the morning. Racing starts at noon.
